This loaf is gluten-free, dairy-free and made with real, wholesome ingredients such as rolled oats, almond flour, lemon juice and maple syrup. MINI PIES! These cute and tasty pecan maple mini pies are a great Holiday dessert offering or if you bake treats for your neighbors! I love that this recipe includes real, whole food ingredients that add a boost of nutrition such as fiber, vitamins and minerals. One of the reasons I love maple syrup as a sweetener is because it has a bonus of nutrients. Pure Maple syrup is an excellent source of manganese and a good source of riboflavin.
