rice flour, close bag and shake until florets are evenly coated with the rice flour. Note, this step is optional, it provides a little crispiness to the \u2018wings.\u2019<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-101474-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add one tablespoon of cooking oil to a baking dish and lay out the florets with room around each one, this helps them to roast evenly.
