I love adding fresh ginger to hot water with lemon. I also love adding fresh ginger to my morning smoothies.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>3. Turmeric<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turmeric contains a compound known as curcumin, which as anti-inflammatory properties that can support immunity.* Consume turmeric with black pepper. Bananas<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bananas contains zinc, vitamin A and potassium.
