Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-102714-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">While the penne bakes, add the cashews, coconut milk, garlic, salt and pepper into high-speed blender and blend on high for two minutes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-102714-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add one piece of dried-out bread with garlic powder and red pepper flakes into a small food processor and pulse into bread crumbs.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-102714-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Remove the penne from the oven and stir.
