Today on the blog I\u2019m sharing a really simple gluten-free, dairy-free cookie recipe\u2026 chickpea chocolate chip cookies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are versatile and work great in so many recipes from sweet to savory, whether they are cooked or baked! 5px;\">Then add the remaining ingredients, minus the chocolate chips, into the food processor and pulse until well mixed.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-106007-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Add the chocolate chips and pulse one to two times; or transfer dough to a bowl and stir the chips in by hand.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-106007-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Form batter into cookies and place on a lined baking sheet. This is perfect for my family, as it is what we are used to.
